El Dorado™

Hops

As a bittering hop, Dorado® provides a balanced bitterness. In later additions, it brings tropical fruit flavors and aromas of pineapple, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.

Cashmere

Hops

Cashmere has lemon, lime, and melon flavors, a smooth bitterness, and a subtle herbal aroma.

Chinook hops are a hybrid of Petham Golding and a USDA male, with a piney and spicy aroma and bold grapefruit flavors.
